What can I say......it was another Funday Monday at the ol'Manor.
Everything was made good when Dawn got home and made turkey burgers topped with mashed potatoes and cheese, with a side of fresh butter corn. Mmmmm, Mmmmmm good. Some good comfort food.
I did hear one good/funny quote today. We were all watching the Evening News on NBC. Brian Williams was interviewing Senator John McCain. Williams told Senator McCain that Senator Obama was quoted as saying that,"McCain was running for Bush's third term." Senator McCain's response had me on the floor laughing when he said, "Well it looks like Senator Obama is running for Jimmy Carter's second term." Now that is some funny politics.
